| Abstract: | This paper preliminarily discusses on development stratagems and policy advices of the high-tech industry cluster in our country.Bring forward the government and High-tech Industry. Cluster combination together, region innovation stratagem and industry cluster stratagems and impart some policy advises involved, which provide use for reference for Second-Time Pioneer of High-tech Industry Cluster in our country. |
