| 摘 要： | 企业的行为是以惯例为基础的，企业的惯例具有与基因在自然界中相似的进化机制的作用，即引导和推动企业的演化。企业系统中所有惯例相互协同反映一定的综合水平，即企业惯例集合综合状态。从协同学的角度看。企业惯例集合综合状态是企业系统的慢变量，是企业演化的序参量。通过建立以企业惯例为基础的企业系统演化方程、进行系统稳定性分析，并推导序参量方程，根据企业系统演化规律判定惯例搜寻方向，有意识和有目的地进行惯例搜寻，驱使企业系统按照要求演化，建立企业惯例搜寻机制，最终优化企业惯例集合。

| Abstract: | The behavior of enterprises is based on routines that have the similar function as animal s genes. Routine has the evolution mechanism,which leads and promotes the enterprise s evolution. The routines in enterprise system cooperate with each other,which can be evaluated as its comprehensive index.
