摘    要:组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)是一种具有血浆纤维蛋白溶解酶活性的丝氨酸蛋白.tPA不仅存在于血液系统内,也存在于中枢神经系统(CNS)内.它在CNS内具有调节CNS生理功能和参与非止血性角色,并具有潜在的CNS毒性作用.文章就CNS中tPA的生理功能以及对CNS的毒性作用机制作一综述。

Abstract:Tissue-type plasminogen activator(tPA) is a highly specific serine proteinase that activates the zymogen plasminogen to the broad-specificity proteinase plasmin.Tissue-type plasminogen activator is found not only in the blood,but also in the central nervous system(CNS).There is a growing body of evidence demonstrating the participation of tPA in a number of physiological and pathological events in the CNS,as well as nonhemostatic roles of tPA in the CNS.This paper will focus on physiological function of tPA and its toxicological action in the CNS.
