| 摘 要： | 高新区是智力资源高度密集的特殊经济区域，用传统的区域主导产业选择基准选择主导产业会产生负面效果，因为即使该区域物质资源和劳动力资源再丰富也难以形成产业发展的比较优势和产业特色。借鉴国内外主导产业选择基准的研究成果，结合我国高新区产业发展状况来重新构架高新区主导产业选择基准，并根据选择基准构建了高新区主导产业选择指标体系。
