| 摘 要： | 工程造价咨询行业作为房地产、建筑等关系国计民生的重要产业的中介行业,起到第三方的监督作用,本文分析和总结了我国改革开放后工程造价咨询行业发展的现状,并在借鉴国外工程造价行业发展的先进经验的基础上,对我国工程造价行业发展提出了对策。

| Abstract: | As an important intermediary of real estate,construction and other important people's livelihood industries,engineering cost consulting industry plays the role of third-party oversight,this paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of development of project cost consulting industry after China's reform and opening up,and in reference to the advanced experience of development of foreign project cost,the strategies on the development of project cost industry in China are put forward. |
