| 摘 要： | 工程项目在施工过程中有着诸多的风险因素在内,其厉害关系到项目投资的直接效益。如果仅仅靠看一个不可确定性的数字作为工程造价的方法指标是不合理的。文章通过对工程造价的构成及特性做了阐述,并提出了较为合理的风险识别和控制程序,以达到工程造价风险的完整性和科学性,为项目的建设保证最终经济效益。

| Abstract: | During construction,the project has a number of risk factors,including its stake to the investment of the direct benefits.It is not reasonable if we only look at a non-deterministic number as an indicator of the project cost.By the composition of the project cost and characteristics,more reasonable risk identification and control procedures are put forward in order to achieve a full scientific risk of project cost for construction of the project and ensure the ultimate economic benefits. |
