环境与生产力

文章首先评述了学术界对“环境”内涵的不同论述 ,分析了环境的非独占性、外部性和稀缺性特点。在此基础上 ,提出了环境也是生产力的观点 ,并系统地论述了环境与现代化两者之间的内在联系。

Environment and Productive Forces

This paper analyses different opinions about the meaning of environment in academic circles and gives a brief comment on it. The paper points out that there are three characteristics for environment, which are common occupation, external feature and scarce. The author holds the idea that environment is also a kind of productivity and makes a deep study of the internal connection between environment and modernization.
