| 摘 要： | 我国使用反倾销措施10年来的基本情况表明,我国已经成为反倾销的"中度使用者",具有所针对的对象国和领域集中的特点。我国使用反倾销虽然有积极的救济作用,其中的负面效应也不容忽视。应谨慎使用反倾销措施,着力提高产业竞争力,注重对下游产业的反倾销。

| Abstract: | The basic situation of our country's application of anti-dumping measures shows that our country has become the moderate user of anti-dumping,possessing the features of clear objects and focus fields.Although the application of it plays positive role in relief,the negative effect can not be ignored.We should carefully apply anti-dumping measures,promote industry's competitive capacity and attach importance to anti-dumping in backward industries. |
