中国与中东欧国家文化产品贸易发展与对策研究

摘    要:中国与中东欧国家文化产品贸易取得了显著成绩,但在文化产品贸易快速发展的同时,中国与中东欧国家也面临着文化产品贸易发展不平衡、核心文化产品贸易占比偏低、贸易伙伴过于集中等问题。本文认为中国与中东欧国家核心文化价值观的差异、中国文化产品市场过度保护以及双方文化产品国际竞争力偏低是制约中国与中东欧国家文化产品贸易发展的主要因素。未来中国政府应进一步加强与中东欧国家人文交流,充分发挥孔子学院在中东欧地区文化交流中的重要作用,引进中东欧地区优秀文化成果,积极开展同中东欧优势文化企业国际创新合作,促进中国与中东欧国家文化产品贸易可持续发展。

Abstract:Trade in cultural goods between China and Middle-Eastern Europe has achieved a great success.However,when the trade has undergone a rapid growth,they are confronted with the problems including trade imbalance,the low proportion of core cultural goods and intensity of cultural trade partners etc.We think that cultural difference,over-protection of domestic market of cultural goods and low international competitiveness of cultural goods are the main reasons.In the future,Chinese government should strengthen the cultural exchange with Middle-Eastern Europe,make full use of Confucius Institutes in Middle-Eastern Europe and promote the innovative cooperation with Middle-Eastern Europe in order to enhance the development of trade in cultural goods between China and Middle-Eastern Europe.
