商务活动中应用电子商务技术的合理性评价

电子商务技术作为一种新兴的技术,它已经在很多领域中得到广泛的应用。但是,不是企业的所有商务活动都适合用电子商务技术加以解决。从商务活动的流程出发,通过建立商务活动模型、应用电子商务技术的合理性评价模型,以及从成本与效益的角度,探讨电子商务技术对不同类型的商务活动,以及商务处理过程中的不同阶段的适用性,从而为我国企业应用电子商务技术提供参考依据。

An Evaluation of E-business from a Business Process

E-business hold the great potential to streamline and improve business-to-business and busincss-to-customer transactions. As a newly emerging technology, it has been widely used in many areas, such as online shopping systems, and electronic commerce systems. However, not all Web technologies are equally suited to the support of different business activities. In this paper, we outline a business process model and an evaluation model to improve the conceptual design of web-based information system to support business-to-busincss, and busincss-to-customcr transactions. This helps enterprises to identify the areas where information system functionality is currently inadequate.
