美国中小企业融资体系研究

美国无疑是现代市场经济的典型,美国市场经济制度是以私有制为基础,以自由企业经营为主体,而中小企业的存在与发展更加促进了美国自由经济的发展,进而提升美国经济在全球的影响力,中小企业在国家经济发展过程中的重要性是不言而喻的。本文以美国中小企业融资为研究对象,具体分析了美国中小企业发展历程与现状,认为中小企业对美国经济作出巨大贡献,在中小企业发展过程中,融资成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,美国政府通过设立政府机构、投资机构以及完善资本市场、对中小企业发展进行政策扶持等间接手段,以降低中小企业融资难度和融资成本,促进中小企业发展,集合政府与市场的力量,较好的解决中小企业融资问题。

Research on Financing Systems of SMEs in America

There is no doubt that America is the typical case of modern market economy. American market economic system is based on private ownership,dominated by free business However,the presence and development of SMEs are to promote American free economy and enhance the influence of American economy in the world. This article analyzes the status and trait of America＇s SMEs development.In the current process of economic operation, financing become the most important link of enterprise development process, Therefore, this article fo- cuses on the analysis of the American SMEs financing. The United States government estab- lished efficient goverment agenciesand perfect capital marketand other indirect means to re- duce the financing cost,promote the development,and solve the financing problem of SMEs,
