Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Optimization Measures of Construction Engineering Cost

The ultimate goal of construction enterprises to carry out the construction project is to maximize economic benefits on the premise of ensuring the quality of construction projects.Therefore,we must give the high attention to the construction project cost management.Engineering cost control is the best way to ensure the effective management of project cost input,which is directly related to the quality of the construction project and the economic profit of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the factors that affect the construction project cost,and to take scientific optimization measures to control the project cost reasonably.This paper firstly expounds the necessity of construction engineering cost management,and then analyzes the influencing factors of construction engineering cost,and finally puts forward some suggestions on optimization measures.
