| 摘 要： | 建筑工程概预算在工程中起着至关重要的作用。然而,我国现阶段建筑工程概预算却存在着工程概预算编制粗糙、项目招投标不够规范,项目管理相对混乱和施工图纸实用性差的问题,应该优化设计方案、细致编写工程概预算,规范招投标工作,完善工程概预算管理,科学设计工程图纸,并加大政府监管力度。
