| 摘 要： | 企业集团已经成为我国经济建设中重要的力量，但是其在财务控制方面存在着诸多问题，内部融资不适合战略发展问题，投资分散问题，财务控制乏力等。本文提出选择适舍集团整体发展的内部资金融通方式；完善投资策略，加强投资管理与控制；制定合理的收益分配政策等来提升集团财务的有效性．

| Abstract: | Enterprises group is important power in economic construction,but exists a lot of financial control problems: internal financing is unfit to strategic development,investment decentralization,financial control inadequate and so on. The paper provides some measures for promoting group finance efficacy,for instance,choosing internal financing means for suiting to group development,perfecting investment strategies,strengthening investment management and control,designing reasonable income distribution and so on. |
