| 摘 要： | 总结了45号钢轴类零件淬火裂纹形成的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,有效地解决了45号钢轴类零件在热处理生产中经常出现的裂纹问题,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the formative reason for quenching cracks of 45 steel axes spare parts,and puts forward corresponding improvement measure,which can resolve the 45 steel axis spare parts crack problem usually arising in the hot processing production availably and obtain good results. |
