上海市养老机构入住率与服务质量差异分析

以上海市493家养老机构的实地普查数据为样本,对上海市养老机构入住率进行统计分析.以养老机构入住率为因变量,以养老机构区位条件、硬件设施等12个变量为自变量进行多元线性回归、空间自回归分析.结果表明,养老机构所在区位、服务水平等7项指标均对养老机构入住率有显著影响.研究发现,上海市养老机构入住率区域差异明显,存在着集聚效应、机构规模分布不均衡等问题,据此提出了政策建议.

Analysis of the Difference between the Occupancy Rate and Service Quality of the Elderly Care Institutions in Shanghai

Based on the data of 493 elderly care institutions in Shanghai, the occupancy rate of elderly care institutions in Shanghai was analyzed. Taking the occupancy rate of the elderly care institutions as the dependent variable and the location conditions and hardware facilities of the elderly care institutions as the independent variables, the multiple linear regression and spatial autoregressive analysis were carried out. The results show that the location and service level of the elderly care institutions have significant impact on the occupancy rate of the elderly care institutions. It is found that there are obvious regional differences in the occupancy rate of elderly care institutions in Shanghai, and there are some problems such as agglomeration effect and unbalanced distribution of the size of institutions.
