| 摘 要： | 风险投资在其发展过程中由于政治、经济、法律、文化的差异而在各国呈现出不同的状况和特征。本文通过对美、德风险投资在资本来源、组织模式、退出机制及政策环境等方面进行比较的基础上,得出对发展我国风险投资业的启示。

| Abstract: | Because of the difference of politics,economy,laws,culture among countries,venture capital shows different situation and characteristics in itself development processes.Based on the comparison between the United States and Germany in the aspects of the source of venture capital,model of organization,the mechanism of withdrawal and policy environment,the paper draws the enlightenment to promote China's venture capital industry development. |
