博物馆在军垦文化资源保护中的作用与开发

军垦文化是中国特有的近现代文化形态,在维稳固边和文化兴边中提供了巨大的精神动力和智力支持.军垦博物馆具有收藏、展示、研究和教育等文化功能,对保护和传承军垦文化具有重要作用.博物馆在军垦文化资源的保护、开发及宣传方面具有明显优势,但在管理体制和宣传手段等方面存在诸多问题,制约了军垦文化资源的可持续发展,最后从经营管理、产品创新方面探索保护军垦文化资源的新路径.

The Analysis of Effection and Path of Museum in Army Reclamation Culture Protection

Army reclamation culture is a special culture of the modern history in China,which has dynamism and intellectual support for the border peace and culture prosperity. Army reclamation museum has cultural function such as collection,exhibition, research and education, which has a positive role in protection and heritage.This pa-per, by the spot survey , analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of museums in army reclamation culture re-sources protection.The results shows that the museum has obvious advantage in culture resources protection, devel-opment and propaganda,but weak in management system and propaganda method,all of these restricted the sustain-able development of army reclamation culture. Finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects:management, production innovation and talents training.
