民办高校思想政治教育存在的问题及对策探讨

当思想观念非常容易受到外界环境左右的民办高校大学生受到与学校教育目标极不一致的社会环境与家庭教育的影响的时候,学校教育就难以与社会环境、家庭教育形成校外合力;受办学者对思想政治工作的重视程度的影响以及办学成本等多种因素的制约,队伍建设往往成为改进民办高校思想政治教育的瓶颈;教职工的＂打工心理＂及其对思想政治教育认识上的不到位,使得思想政治理论课教学与日常教育、专业教育及学校管理工作相脱节,没有形成校内合力。可以通过思想政治教育教师与学校全体教师相结合、主阵地与多渠道相结合、思想政治教育与日常教育相结合、思想政治教育与学校管理工作相结合,全员、全方位、全过程增强民办高校思想政治教育的实效性。

On The Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Eclucation in Private University

Due to external environment, When private university which ideas are mutable is influenced by family education and social environment in different education target, schooling is difficult to form unity outside with family education and social environment. Be limited by school organizer＇s different attention to the ideological and political work, the teaching cost and several factors, group construction usually became the bottleneck in improving ideological and political education in college. For university teaching and administrative staff＇s labor mind and inaccurate understand on ideological and political education, ideological and political teaching has lost touch with regular education, and ideological and political education has lost touch with professional education and teaching administration, so they can not form unity in school. According to the combinations of ideological and political teacher and all the other teacher, chief position and multi-channel way, ideological and political education and regular education, ideological and political education teaching administration, we can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in private university overally and all-directionally in whole process.
