| 摘 要： | 明确我国物流业发展现状及政策对科学合理地制定物流业＂十二五＂发展规划具有重要意义。文章采用物流业产值增长量和增长率的统计指标,运用聚类分析方法对我国不同地区物流业发展现状进行比较分析。在构建物流业政策作用机制和构建物流业政策框架基础上,对我国不同地区物流业发展政策进行总结和比较。通过研究表明：我国物流业发展区域差异显著,体现出东强西弱的格局,而西部一些地区物流业发展体现出较强的增长趋势。＂十二五＂规划期间物流业欠发达地区应从产业资源、市场定位、企业组织、产业环境方面加强物流业发展政策。 |
