| 摘 要： | 文章首先从"创业情境下的伦理研究"和"伦理情境下的创业研究"两个研究视角,梳理了当前创业与伦理关系研究的两类代表性成果。然后,以"手段-目的"关系和"机会开发"过程为标准,评析了融合创业与伦理主题的创业研究新兴理论及其思路范式。最后,围绕理论依据和影响因素两个基本点,对未来创业与伦理研究的发展趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper starts from two research perspectives of“ethics study in the context of entrepreneurship”and“entrepre-neurship research in the context of ethics”,and sorts out the two types of representative results of the current study on the rela-tionship between entrepreneurship and ethics. Then,it analyzes the emerging entrepreneurship theory integrating the theme of entrepreneurship and ethics and its ideas,by taking“means-purpose”relations and“the opportunity to develop”process as the standard. Finally, it makes prospects on the development trend of study on future entrepreneurship and ethics, in accor-dance with the two basic points of theoretical bases and influencing factors. |
