| 摘 要： | 湖泊保护范围划定作为湖泊保护和管理中一项重要的法律制度,为具体保护措施提供了法律实施的空间基础。通过综合运用多种理论分析湖泊保护范围划定所涉各种利益关系,结合我国相关立法实践探讨我国湖泊保护范围划定制度在立法上存在的问题及原因,并提出立法建议。

| Abstract: | Protection zone delimitation of lake,one of the most important delimitate method for lake protection and management,provides a realistic basis to bring the system into force.Through utilizing various of theories,analyzing all kinds of related delimitate interests relations and combining the legislate experiences in our country,this article hope to finds out legislative problems in Chinese delimitate system of lake protection zone,analyses the reasons and gives some legislative recommendations. |
