加强辅导员培养提高辅导员整体素质

辅导员是高等学校从事思想政治教育和学生日常管理工作的一支重要力量。辅导员必须具有坚定的政治素质,才能够让大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。应不断完善辅导员文化知识体系,重视并强化辅导员心理素质教育使辅导员综合素质全面提高。同时,建立合理的机制和制度,注重梯队建设,将优秀的中青年教师、干部吸引到辅导员岗位。一名合格的高校辅导员,必须能够在把握基本原则的大前提下,因时、因地、因事、因人制宜地运用不同的方法,开动脑筋,解放思想,探索、开拓新思路和创造新的工作方法,更好地为社会主义人才培养目标服务。
