摘 要: | 随着我国经济的发展和高校勤工助学体系的完善,高校校内勤工俭学不仅是帮助高校贫困生的重要途径,也是促进大学生全面发展,提高自身素质,积极投入社会主义现代化建设的重要途径。在调查的基础上,从高校校内勤工俭学发展趋势出发,分析了大学生校内勤工俭学激励管理的重要意义,并提出完善校内勤工俭学岗位激励管理的有效措施。

Abstract: | With the development of Chinese economics and consummation of work-study program system, the work-study program is not only the way to help poor students, but also a way to make them achieve comprehensive development, Improve their own quality. Based on the inquisition, starting from the direction of work-study programs in college, analyzes the important significance of work-study program management, and gives some advices to consummate work-study program post drive system. |
