| 摘 要： | 湿地被称为＂地球之肾＂,是地球三大生态系统之一,具有不可替代的生态保护功能,对实现我国社会经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,目前我国在湿地保护立法方面仍存在不少问题,完善湿地保护立法势在必行。就我国湿地保护立法现状及存在的问题做出阐述,并对完善湿地保护立法提出建议。

| Abstract: | The wetland is called kidney of the Earth,which is one of earth＇s three major ecosystems,plays an irreplaceable role in ecological protection,and is important to achieve sustainable socio-economic development of China.It is imperative for China to make Regulations on the Protection of wetland to solve the problems in the legislation of wetland protection.This paper mainly elaborates the status quo of China＇s wetland protection legislation and the issues in it,and proposes a serise of suggestions to improve it. |
