| 摘 要： | 两难困境是管理工作中经常遇到的棘手的问题.文章从含义、思想渊源、实质三方面阐述了三分法思维模式的基本理念,结合对两难困境的分析,从本质特征入手分析了三分法思维模式对化解两难困境的现实指导意义,从变与不变的视角阐释了三分法思维模式化解两难困境的具体实施方法和运用要点.

| Abstract: | Dilemmas often occur in the management work.This paper expounds the concept of the tripartite thinking model in the aspects of connotation,ideological origin and essence.Then it analyzes the practical significances of tripartite thinking model in dealing with dilemmatic situations based on its essential features.Furthermore measures and key points are explained to resolve the dilemmas from changing and unchanging perspective. |
