电子商务信用风险原理研究

摘    要:运用信息不对称理论、交易成本论和博弈论分别分析电子商务虚拟市场产生信用风险的原因和过程,指出信息不对称理论认为信息不对称性是电子商务虚拟市场产生信用风险的根本原因,交易成本论从成本的角度解释失信的原因,博弈论从双方策略的选择和收益角度解释信用风险形成的外在机制.由于三种理论各有局限,因此提出电子商务信用风险分析的三维模型,能够部分弥补各原理的局限,动态地表达虚拟市场三方之间信用风险形成的过程.

Abstract:By using information asymmetry theory, transaction cost theory and game theory, the paper analyzes the causes and processes of e-commerce virtual market credit risk. It holds that information asymmetry is the root cause of the credit risk of e-commerce virtual market from the perspective of information asymmetry theory, that transaction cost theory explains the cause of dishonesty from the perspective of cost, and that game theory explains the external formation mechanism of credit risk from the perspectives of both sides' strategy selection and revenue. Since the three theories have their limitations, the proposed three-dimensional model of e-commerce credit risk expression can partially compensate for the limitations of the principles and dynamically express the process of credit risk formation in the virtual market among three parties.
