| 摘 要： | 在Fujita、Thisse(2002)和王洪光(2007)模型的基础上加入政府公共服务,来分析政府公共服务、产业集聚与经济增长的关系。研究发现,如果某区域运输成本较低,政府公共服务较完善,则产业集聚将在此地形成。在此基础上,以我国内地1999～2007年31个省、市、自治区的相关数据进行实证分析表明:产业集聚是经济增长最主要的原因;人力资本是影响产业集聚与经济增长的核心因素;由于尚未达到临界条件,政府公共服务对产业集聚与经济增长的作用有限;运输成本是影响产业集聚的关键因素,但对全国及各区域经济增长的作用不同。
