| 摘 要： | 中国政府在"十一五"规划中明确提出"防止贫困代际传递"问题的新目标,体现了中国反贫困战略调整中的新动向.贫困家庭中父辈与子辈的受教育水平之间具有明显的传递性,两者呈显著的正相关关系;而贫困家庭的子辈与父辈的就业状态并不存在显著的传递性,子辈进入劳动力市场以后的表现与其自身的受教育水平之间存在着显著的正相关关系.为此,应加强对贫困群体的职业技能教育和培训,并通过对教育政策的调整,建立弱势群体的相关补偿制度,从而防止贫困代际传递现象的发生.
