| 摘 要： | 为了探究本土企业长寿（可持续发展）的原因，本文通过454份来自“长三角”与“珠三角”地区国有企业和民营企业的问卷调查，检验全球金融危机之后本土企业与利益相关者关系及其绩效的关系。结果发现，国企比民企的可持续发展能力更强；雏持良好的利益相关者关系（顾客、股东、社会）是企业在危机中获取良好绩效、达到可持续发展的主要影响因子。
