基于游客体验的家庭旅馆经营策略研究

摘    要:近年来,随着“体验式旅游”的兴起,使游客更加关注旅游过程中的特色体验.这对于国内刚刚兴起的家庭旅馆而言,既是机遇,又是挑战,因而,有必要从游客体验的角度,来探索家庭旅馆的经营策略.在文献研究的基础上,建立了游客投宿家庭旅馆体验的理论模型,并通过实证研究,得出了研究结果。据此,从家庭旅馆的市场定位、选择并创造优良的区位和环境、完善家庭旅馆的设施设备、提供基于某一文化主题的体验式服务、注重对外宣传促销等几个方面,提出了基于游客体验的家庭旅馆经营策略的建议.

Abstract:Because of the great development of experience tourism in China recently,tourists are paying more attention to characteristic experience during their tours.For homestays,opportunities and challenges exist side by side in this situation.So,it's necessary to explore strategies and tactics on homestays from the tourists' experience perspective.Through an overall review of relevant literature,the author has built a theoretical model of tourists' experience in homestays.According to the analysis on the spot,suggestions and proposals are put forward from five perspectives by the author to consummate the homestays' management which is based on the tourist's experience.They are self-ranking in the market,selecting good location and creating comfortable environment,perfecting the facilities of homestays,providing services based on local culture and fousing on marketing.
