| 摘 要： | 城中村改造主要面临三个难点:一是改造资金的筹集与改造主体的选择;二是存量土地如何盘活;三是如何排解城中村改造的阻力。破解上述难点,应从以下三方面着手:公开公平选择合作开发者,确保资金安全;做好存量土地的盘活工作,调整好土地使用功能;加大前期宣传,调查村民意愿,合理制定拆迁补偿方案和标准。

Third is how to resolve the resistance from renovation of the urban village. This article proposes three aspects to deal with these difficulties.
