| 摘 要： | 农村居民点用地的盲目、无序发展将对社会经济发展产生诸多不利影响,对农村居民点用地演化进行科学的调控和引导,对加快城乡一体化进程以及促进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义.在对农村居民点用地演化调控的内涵以及指导思想进行分析的基础上,提出了农村居民点用地调控的主要内容,并对调控过程中的关键策略进行了论述.
