关于领导者影响力发挥之思考

摘    要:领导的实质就是通过处理与被领导者的人际关系、对被领导者施加影响来达成被领导者对领导者的追随.文章独特地提出并讨论了发挥领导者影响力应注意坚持的四个原则;从影响力基础、职位权力运用、个人权力体现、权力运用主体、领导者之外因素五个方面,对领导者影响力欠良发挥的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策.
