| Abstract: | Regarding hot issues in the process of leadership development among EMBA students, this paper takes Shufe＇s Leadership Development Project in its EMBA education as an example, to explore the approach of building an innovative mechanism in EMBA leadership development based on assessments and with an emphasis on cultivating EMBA students＇ strategic thinking and talent management skills in their leadership development. |
