基于培训体系的从业资格管理研究

由于空军航空维修系统自身特殊的地位和性质,决定了该组织人力资源管理的特殊性。现阶段从业资格管理研究多集中在工商企业的员工素质方面,从而忽略了特殊行业的从业资格体系的研究。文章以空军航空维修系统为例,从特殊企业实现业务发展战略需要的全员培训体系框架入手,并通过培训实践阐述其培训体系的构成,从而构建了从业资格管理体系,保障了航空维修系统的任职资格体系建设顺利进行。

Study on qualification management based on the training system

The special status and properties of Air Force aviation maintenance system lead to the speciality of its human resource management.At present,study of qualifications mostly focus on the quality of the staff in enterprises,ignoring the research of qualification system of special industry.Taking Air Force aviation maintenance system for example,this paper starts from the framework of employee training system which meets the need of realizing the business development strategy,establishes a qualification management system through training practice and explaining the form of this system,which ensures the mooth construction of qualifications system in the aviation maintenance system.
