我国事业单位财务管理存在的问题及集中管理对策探研

一直以来,我国事业单位的财务管理模式都是采用分散管理的模式。但是我国实施市场经济的今天这种财务管理模式已经显得有点落伍。文中主要针对我国事业单位财务管理存在的问题展开论述,并根据存在的问题提出相应的集中管理对策。希望能进一步提高我国事业单位的财务管理效率。

Research about the Problems in our Institutions of Financial Management and Countermeasures of Centralized Management

The mode of financial management institutions in China are based on decentralized management mode all the time.The superior departments i or treasury department will budget into the administrative institutions,and then each business unit can account, control and use it by themselves,witch financial management mode is very applicable in the planned economy condition, but with the implementation of China＇s market economy appeared,it becomes a bit outdated. This paper mainly discusses the issues existed in financial management of institutions in China,and give some corresponding management countermeasures according to the existing problems. Hope to further improve China＇s financial institutions management efficiency.
