高职院校物琉专业“工学交替”的教学模式

摘    要:高职院校物流专业“工学交替”的教学模式,就是学院教师与企业师傅交替、课堂教学与企业教学交替、理论教学与实践教学交替的教学模式,通过“工学交替”的教学模式,使学生既能学到物流专业的理论知识,又能掌握物流专业的实践知识和操作技能,使学生毕业就能上岗,上岗就能成为熟练操作工。

Abstract:In higher vocational colleges logistics professional teaching pattern of "engineering change", is the college teachers and alternating enterprise master ahernately, classroom teaching and teaching, theory teaching and practice teaching of teaching mode, through the "engineering change" teaching mode, so that the students can learn the logistics professional theory knowledge, and master the logistics practice of professional knowledge and skills, so that the students can mount guard, graduation work can become a skilled operator.
