| 摘 要： | 从装备一体化采购的付款方式特点出发,在对资金的时间价值简要阐述的基础上,从采购方的角度,论述了资金的时间价值对投标报价的影响,并结合案例分析,研究了影响招标的经济因素,从而为选择合理的投标方案做出真实的判断。

| Abstract: | Starting from the features of payment terms of equipment integrated procurement,with briefing the theory of the time value of funds,this paper researches on influence upon bid price by the time value of funds on purchaser's aspect.With an example,it also summarizes research on economic factors considered in biding so as to reasonably select a project for military side. |
