| 摘 要： | 商业地产开发项目风险管理中,风险评价是对项目开发风险进行综合评价,并且依据风险程度对项目进行开发风险定级。文章利用模糊数学综合评价法,结合实例,建立了商业地产开发项目风险评价指标体系,给出了商业地产开发项目风险评价模型。从而为决策者进行风险管理提供了定量分析依据,为类似商业地产开发项目风险管理提供了参考。

| Abstract: | In the commercial property project risk management process,the risk assessment is carrying on the generalized analysis of the project risk and it will rate the project risk depending on the degree of influence.A commercial property project risk assessment index system and risk assessment model can be found with a practical example by using the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment method,thus providing a quantitative analysis method for decision makers in project risk management and references for similar commercial property project. |
