浅析阶段性控制在工程造价中的应用

工程造价控制一直都存在概算超估算、预算超概算、决算超预算的现象,使得建设工程投资效益管理严重受影响。本文针对工程造价管理重要作用,分析工程造价中存在的问题,针对各阶段的工程造价控制,对如何强化过程监管控制工程造价、有效地控制工程造价、做好造价管理工作提出了若干措施。

Analysis of Phase Control Application in the Project Cost

The project cost control has been existing the phenomenon of budget estimates over budget, budget over budget estimates and final accounts over budget, which severely affected effective management of capital projects. This paper, based on the important role of project cost management, analyszes the problems in project cost ,for each phase of the project Cost control,propose a number of measures of how to strengthen the process of project cost, effectivly control the project cost, and do good cost management.
