| 摘 要： | 素质教育是世界教育改革和发展的主流,而教育的民主化则是素质教育贯彻实施的具体表现和主要标志,也是学校体育教育改革、发展的必然趋势,本文以民主化为出发点,对西北地区学校体育教育民主化现状进行了分析,提出西北地区实现学校体育民主化的方法和措施。
