热电企业大客户满意度的实证研究

摘    要:构建了热电企业大客户满意度评价指标体系。以安徽省某热电企业为例,通过问卷调查,分析了大客户满意度的各级指标权重以及大客户满意度状况,为国内热电企业开展大客户满意度调查分析提供了一个有效的模式借鉴。

Abstract:The index system of customer satisfaction for thermoelectric enterprises' key account has been built. Take a thermoelectric enterprise in Anhui province as an example, through questionnaire survey, the weight of the indicators and the evaluation of satisfaction of key account have been analyzed. An effective model reference for key account management in domestic thermoelectric enterprises has been provided.
