| Abstract: | Taking the theory as our basis,We probe the design of a PM model fundamental to the development strategy of Gold East Paper Co Ltd,i.e. the Total Performance Management. According to the analysis the Total Performance Management apply for Gold East Paper,the TPM has provided reliable model and real basis for design and implementation of the transnational corporation PM system. |
