基于循环经济和多属性群决策的区域城市土地利用评价分类研究

本文将循环经济视角下区域城市土地利用水平的评价分类视为多属性群决策问题，以“加权和与加权积的混合算法”为基本计算方法，借鉴现有的群决策理论与方法，从决策理论的角度阐述了循环经济视角下城市土地利用水平的评价、排序、集团划分与隶属稳定度分析问题，并以安徽省为例进行了实证研究。结果表明：在循环经济视角下安徽省17个地级市的城市土地利用水平大体可分为5类，总体呈现出明显的“南高北低”局面；各个城市的集团序隶属稳定度不尽相同，各城市应根据自身情况采取相应措施努力实现集团上跃。
