摘 要: | 通过对大量国内外的文献整理和分析,本文总结和综述了反式脂肪酸对人体健康存在威胁,由于反式脂肪酸多来自于食品行业的人工添加,故反式脂肪酸是食品安全的又一威胁,但目前在我国尚未引起足够重视。本文通过总结发达国家对反式脂肪酸的立法、政策和管理,指出我国对人工添加的反式脂肪酸进行管理的必要性和迫切性,并指出了当前应采取的一些管理措施。

Abstract: | This paper summarizes the threats TFA brings harm to people' s health on the basis of analyzing a lot of paper at home and abroad.Because TFA is mainly added by food industry, it' s a threat to food safety and yet hasn' t aroused enough attention. Then, the paper points out China should build up a control on TFA on the basis of summarizing the legistative, policy and management lessons of the developed nations. |
