| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅猛发展加快了世界全球化、一体化的趋势，这种趋势对传统工业社会产生了巨大的冲击。新的技术系统、新的思维方式、新的管理模式在知识经济的时代不断涌现。虚拟战略就是伴随信息和经济全球化的发展而运而生的一种新型技术经济形式，虚拟战略正以非虚拟的方式，在经济、技术、社会和生活的各个层面上影响着社会的发展和人们的生活模式。
