黑龙江省煤炭行业人才培养模式初探

摘    要:在黑龙江省东部煤电化基地建设中,煤炭企业人才缺乏的问题日益突出,其中,煤炭企业人才培养滞后、政府投入相对不足、煤炭行业的危险性是造成人才流失主要原因。要科学培养煤炭企业人才,政府应加大对煤炭院校的支持力度;煤炭院校也应积极开展校企合作,提升人才培养质量;同时,煤炭企业还要采用良好措施留住人才。

Abstract:In the construction of the eastern coal base in Heilongjiang Province,the lack of coal enterprises talent problems have become increasingly prominent,the coal enterprise personnel training,risk lagging,the insufficient investment,the coal industry is the main cause of talent loss.To the scientific training of coal enterprise personnel,the government should increase the coal institutions support;coal institutions should also actively carry out school enterprise cooperation,enhance the quality of personnel training;at the same time,the coal enterprises to adopt good measures to retain talents.
