| 摘 要： | 房地产开发中,成本控制贯穿于房地产开发的全过程。房地产项目开发中的成本控制是以决策、设计、实施、竣工阶段的动态控制组成的。针对某项目房地产开发过程中决策、设计、招投标阶段的成本控制出现的问题,提出开发阶段全方位的控制成本的措施,以期提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | The development of real estate,cost control throughout the whole process of real estate development.Cost control of the real estate project development is formed by decision,design,implementation,completion stage dynamic control.In view of the decision,a project of real estate development process design,tendering and bidding stage problems of cost control,puts forward the control costs all-round development measures,in order to improve the economic benefit. |
