| Abstract: | According to the new requirement of producing plan in supply chain environment,a Push/Pull production model is given,and the organization of production model is also discussed. Furthermore,the Kanbancontrol system is described. The production model embody the rudder of planning beforehand and controlling in process, and it can shorten the response time of supply chain and reduce the stock level in supply chain. |
